- Steven Li AICPA CPA(CO) MBA ACCA has over 25 years of combined experience in auditing, accounting, international tax planning, merger & acquisition, corporate financing, valuation and public relationship with investors etc. Mr. Li obtained his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a MBA from the University of Texas, USA. Mr. Li is a member of CPA Australia, a fellow member of the ACCA UK, a full member of HKICPA, a member of AICPA, respectively and holds a CPA license issued by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, USA..

- Prior to joint Li CPA LLC, Mr. Krauss was Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Hewlett-Packard ("HP", then "Hewlett Packard Enterprise")
- Mr. Krauss served as the Vice-President and Chief Information Officer for the New York Power Authority, the largest non-federal utility in the U.S.
- Mr. Krauss also served as a CIO both at Westinghouse Electric Corporation and United Technologies Corporation divisions.He received his MBA from University of New Haven and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York.
- Veronica Chen CPAA CIMA Before her retirement, Ms. Chen Jing served as Vice President of Future FinTech Group, a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq Stock Market (NASDAQ: FTFT). She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration and is a Senior Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Australia (FCPA Aust.), a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom (CIMA), and a Senior Member of the Society of Investment and Financial Managers in the United States (SIFM)..
- Ms. Chen has held financial executive positions in various industries, including tourism, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, and financial technology. She has served as Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, and Vice President of Finance in these industries.
