Our Team members
- Steven Li AICPA CPA(CO) MBA ACCA has over 25 years of combined experience in auditing, accounting, international tax planning, merger & acquisition, corporate financing, valuation and public relationship with investors etc. Mr. Li obtained his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a MBA from the University of Texas, USA. Mr. Li is a member of CPA Australia, a fellow member of the ACCA UK, a full member of HKICPA, a member of AICPA, respectively and holds a CPA license issued by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, USA.
- Jianguang Qian ACCA CMA MPACC has over 15 years of financial management experience in manufacturing, engineering, internet and internet plus enterprises. He is proficient in auditing，finance, taxation, financial management. He has large-scale oversea listed company auditing experience，financial management experience and cross-functional team management experience. Jianguang is a member of ACCA，CMA and has a Master Degree of Accounting of SUFE.
- Arthur Huan CFA Msc in Finance is a highly experienced finance professional with 10 years of expertise in the field. Holding a prestigious CFA certification, Yiqun possesses a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and deal execution. With a specialization in engineering, natural resources, technology, and entertainment industries, Yiqun's skills and knowledge enable precise evaluation and execution of complex financial transactions. Yiqun is an alumnus of Imperial College London, where a Master's degree in Finance was obtained, and Nanyang Technological University, where a Bachelor's degree was earned. With a solid educational background and a wealth of practical experience, Yiqun Huan excels in delivering strategic financial insights and driving successful outcomes in diverse industries.

- Veronica Chen CPAA CIMA Before her retirement, Ms. Chen Jing served as Vice President of Future FinTech Group, a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq Stock Market (NASDAQ: FTFT). She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration and is a Senior Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Australia (FCPA Aust.), a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom (CIMA), and a Senior Member of the Society of Investment and Financial Managers in the United States (SIFM)..
- Ms. Chen has held financial executive positions in various industries, including tourism, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, and financial technology. She has served as Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, and Vice President of Finance in these industries.
